Our ServicesProtective Coating
01.Intumescent Paint
Intumescent paints are considered the lightest form of passive fire protection. An intumescent is a coating that, when exposed to heat, is rapidly transformed through sublimation, and expands many times its original thickness (up to 100 times), to form a stable, carbonaceous char.
Features
- Water-based Intumescent
- Solvent-based Intumescent
- Epoxy-based Intumescent

02.Anti-corrosive systems
Coatings with anti-corrosive properties ensure metal components have the longest possible lifespan. Metal Coatings Corp. provides the most widely used corrosion protection coatings in the industry, coating with resistance to extreme chemical applications for maximum run life. Whether the components are used in harsh off-shore, industrial, or chemical environments, the corrosion resistant coatings below provide corrosion protection against humidity, saltwater, and chemicals.
Features
- Anti-corrosive coatings
- Widely used in industry
- Resists harsh chemicals
- For offshore & industrial use
- Protects against humidity & salt
- Various steel coatings available

03.Polyuria Coating
Is a type of elastomer that is derived from the reaction product of an isocyanate component and a synthetic resin blend component through step-growth polymerization. The isocyanate can be aromatic or aliphatic in nature.
Features
- High abrasion & scratch resistance
- Stable in weather & environment
- Good elongation properties
- Works in variable temps & humidity
- Heat resistant up to 130°C
- Excellent chemical resistance
